choices even in a hurry, one of the options we highly recommend are salads.\u00a0 You can make them ahead of time, they&#8217;re fairly easy to carry (especially with the right containers) for food on the go, and they&#8217;re raw, organic veggie and fruit power!\u00a0 Here are two of our favorite salad recipes that incorporate some fantastic beauty foods and make yummy ways to feed your skin, and your whole body right.<\/p>\n<h4>Veggie Beauty Salad Recipe<\/h4>\n<p><em>Ingredient<\/em>s<\/p>\n<p>handful mixed salad greens<a juice<\/p>\n<p>1-2T olive oil and\/or flax oil and\/or grapeseed oil for drizzling<\/p>\n<p><em>Directions<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Add ingredients together, drizzle with lemon juice and oil or your favorite
