Organic Kale Recipes | Include this Outstanding Beauty Food in Your Diet Today!

Organic Kale.  It’s not alwayorganic kale in the gardens the first food on people’s lists, but, it’s a good one, especially for health and beauty.

Kale offers a variety of different nutritional benefits that are simply fantastic for your skin including high amounts of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and 9 essential amino acids.  Organic Kale is also filled with antioxidants including Carotenoids, Flavonoids, Lutein, and Zeaxanthin.

As a super beauty food Kale is also fat free, full of fiber, and low in calories as well; offering numerous benefits for your skin and your whole body too.

Ready to get some of this awesome beauty food into your diet?  Here are a few Kale recipes to get you started.

 

Kale Smoothie

1 C  Almond or Soy Milk (unsweetened)

1/2 C Blueberries

1/2 C  Raspberries

1 Banana

1 C  Kale leaves tightly packed

Handful of Ice

Optional –  1 T Honey

Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

 

 

Kale Pasta

1 lb Spiral Brown Rice Pasta

1 Bunch Kale

1 C Grape Tomatoes

2 Garlic Cloves, minced

Olive Oil to Drizzle

Cook pasta until Al dente.  Cut tomatoes in half and chop the Kale.  Once the pasat is done, toss all ingredients together immediately and enjoy!

1 Bunch Kale

Lightly spray with Olive Oil

Sprinkle Salt/Garlic/Seasonings of Your Choice  (I love organic ginger)

Preheat oven to 300.  Cut up the Kale into pieces, toss with the olive oil and seasonings.

Then, place in the oven and bake for about 15 min until crispy.  Toss the organic kale chips a time or two throughout the cooking process.  Cool or eat warm.

 

You can also include Kale in your salads and juicing your organic Kale is a great idea too.  As with any vegetable, the less you heat it the more nutrients remain in tact.  Whatever your pleasure, try to get some Kale at least a few times a week.  When you do, you’ll notice a difference in how you look and feel right away.

What you eat affects you greatly.  Keep it healthy with lots of fruits and veggies (including Kale), organic whole grains, nuts and legumes, and your body will reward you with skin that emits a healthy glow only possibly when you’re truly healthy inside and out!
